Notes
Nice and easy today. I was planning to do closer to an hour, but we left a bit late and Ellen needed to get ready for work, so we cut this short after one lap around the reservoir. I felt pretty good, though a bit stiff. My Ottawa sprain is still in that same place: not worse, not better, just stiff and kind of unpleasant. My fitness feels great though, so I'm really looking forward to getting well into this half marathon training.
