Nice and easy today. My legs (calves, hamstrings, hip flexors) are all way tighter than I expected from yesterday's workout. I think the big issue was that the conditions were just awful. Today's run felt decent, though I definitely needed to take it easy due to the soreness. I'm feeling good, and we're approaching the 12 weeks out mark, which means the training plan will pick up next week. I'm excited!
