Fun run today. I intentionally started off at a pace that felt slow, but my internal speedometer is off because I was trying for 8:00 pace at the fastest and I ended up at 7:45. From there I gradually turned it up throughout the run, with the last three miles in 6:55, 6:30, and 5:30 respectively. The 5:30 wasn't a goal, I ran the last mile around 5k effort and that's what I ended up with.
