Tempo Tuesday workout: 3 miles easy, 5 miles steady state pace, and 1 mile tempo pace. The steady state miles (6:50-7:00) felt extremely sustainable. I could probably do 8-10 at that pace without it being too big a strain. The tempo mile (6:30) after 5 steady miles was pretty tough, it almost felt like a race effort in the last 400m or so. Overall, I feel very good after this one.
