Hot day, bad run. I underestimated how tired my legs would be after yesterday's race, so instead of 13 miles I had to cut short at ~9.5 or so. If I hadn't easily completed 12 miles last weekend, I would be worried about my fitness. From start to finish, my legs felt heavy, particularly going up hills.
This is also disappointing because I didn't quite make it to 60 miles this week. Unfortunate, but I'll get back into rhythm next week.
