Yesterday I took my first day off in 5 weeks, due to heat and getting my car back. This morning I did my regular Tuesday fartlek workout, this time it was 10x60 seconds hard, 60 seconds easy. I did the hard parts somewhere around 3k pace or a bit faster, and it felt pretty good.
