It was very hot in the gym, so this run was pretty tough. I did 15 minutes of warming up at 8:30 pace, and then 20 minutes of 1 on 4 off with the on portions at 6:30 pace, and then about 13 minutes cooldown at 8:30 pace. It was nice to run that fast, but my legs are pretty tired after that. Still feel good about it, glad I did it.
