Bad run. I spent 6 months in Orlando, but after the Vermont winter, 70 degrees feels like the middle of summer. The route today was out to Old Farm Lane on Senor Road and back.
I don't like when my pace flags towards the end of an easy run with the same effort. When I start out doing 10:00 minute miles at 145 HR, I like to finish doing the same. Today it wasn't so. Needs more mileage, I guess. I turned off the little alert noise today and just ran at the end. I'd like to stay under 150, but I also like to enjoy myself while running. Normally, I like knowing what my HR is, but today hearing the noise telling me I was over 150 got on my nerves, so I turned it off and just ran.
