Notes

Started out at 7 mph - ran that for the first mile.

Started increasing till 15 min in where I was at 7.5 mph.

Continued increasing for the next 5 min at 1 min intervals, till I was at 8 mph at 20 min.

Every 2 min, increased by .1 mph.

Maxed out at 8.5 mph 32 min in, then did cool down for remainder.

Good, tough, but manageable.
