Got to say I'm impressed with the forerunner's GPS. Ran today in massive overcast and then in complete tree cover for 90% of the runner. Didnt' drop a single trackpoint. Damn impressive.
No issues to speak of, knees were tight but I stretched before and after. No foam roll as that's in another state so I'll pick that back up on Saturday. Humidity was insane and it took forever to get my HR undercontrol. Off day yesterday was a wise idea. Should easily hits the points total for this week.
Hummidity was insane. The air felt like pea soup.
