2 x 4 at LT with 1/2 mile recoveries.

WEEEEEEE. That was so much fun!!!

After I got through the first one, legs felt like they had some umph and things went well. Nothing was killer but probably couldn't have turned out another one. Brain was fried after the fourth and I need to work on loosening up the hips because my lower butt checks tightened up on me.

No workout like this next week due to racing but the plan is to do 1x per week through April and see what happens to race times in may.
