Was tired for the first 2k or so and forgot to turn on the Garmin. Did not realize until just before self storage. Started feeling better and wanted to go faster but tried to keep it about 7:15 km/min. Heart rate was probably high. Saw a deer jump across the road behind me at Maple drive and Lust, then jumped in front of me on Arbutus just down from Papa's. Chris came with me a bit on the bike then took Ferg for a good run and let me run by myself.
