2 mile warm up + 8x 1:30 on, 1:30 jog recovery (mimicking 400 repeats) + cool down to 5.5 miles

Was running in Omaha on a bike path and it was very nice but it was getting dark, so I had to cut the workout a little early because I didn't really know how safe it was to be running downtown alone! I never felt unsafe or anything, I was just being cautious. It was very windy, so my first few reps that were in to the wind were probably a little less than 0.25 but going with the wind they were probably a little over!
