Notes

A report drawn from memory after a day plus: 800m repeats with 90 sec. RIs. 3:08 for each. Hard. I bailed out at the onset of nausea halfway through the sixth (last) one. Hot. Very hot. Pouring with sweat on the treadmill. Outside was almost as warm and much more humid. There was no relief to be found. I consider this a success even without completion. I felt little or no pain in hamstrings or PTT area. My body felt fine. I was centrally limited on this workout, without a doubt.
