I would have started earlier and gone longer, but my stomach felt terrible. I waited some, sat down in the Y lobby for a while, then did a mile of warmup, of which I walked the first half, then ran 6 mph, 7 mph, 8 mph. Then I did 800m repeats (3:05), with 400m recoveries between. FOUR repeats, THREE RI's.
