treadmill

intervals, 10 X 1.5 zone 5 , 2.5 min recoveries

I had to break this up over two treadmill sessions, with very little break between. I lost no time by cutting short one of my recoveries.

I'm still not sure what zone 5 is. I'm nervous running faster on the treadmill, though I think my heart and lungs would handle it. I have experienced harder breathing during intervals outside.
