not realy feeling like writing a race report, but here are the splits: knee started to bother me right around the 10k mark and I slowed down to try to see if it helped,,it didn't

This would have been right around what I would have tried to run even if I was feeling 100% and my training had gone as planned... I hoped to attack the Full and run this as a marathon pace tempo..to get ready for the marathon the next day..it was a very easy run aside from the knee pain..barely breathing which was surprising given how much fitness I lost over the 6 weeks of unplanned taper..might have even been able to PR had I not been running the full the next day
