After 30 minutes easy jog do 1 minute hard, 2 minutes easy jog, 3 minutes hard, 4 minutes jog rest, 10 minutes hard, 5 minutes jog rest, 1 minute hard, 2 minutes jog rest, 3 minutes hard, 4 minutes jog rest, 5 minutes hard.
