Did total of 1.8 mi warmup, 1.1 mi cooldown, and 5 mi track (1200, 1600, 2000, 1600; with 400 recovery after each).

I've run track before, but this was definitely the most miles I've done in a single track session. And also the briefest recovery time in between. Good session, I was definitely feeling it by the end.
