Ran the first 5 miles with Eleni on the Heathhall Trail. We both really enjoyed running here. The rough stony part was smoothed out, so it's even better for running now. Did 4 more miles on the trail and 3 on the cycle back to the house.
Last 7 miles were negative splits. I felt good. Left hamstring did tighten up a bit the last 2 miles.
