back on the Milton hill with reno. We both struggled with tirdness and dead legs from Sunday's long run. 6 x 1.08 mile hills, up and down. This was very tough. Good training for Boston because we had to force ourself to run hard when we were recovered from Sunday. I thought I was running a lot slower than last time, but I was actually close to the same.
