It's going to be a hot sunny day, so I got out early. I messed up this workout. It was supposed to be 3 x 1 mile repeats with a 3 minute recovery. On the 2nd mile, I hit the lap button when it showed 2 miles, but it should have been about 2.3 miles. i forgot about the .3 recovery. I thought the mile went by quick and when I saw the split as 4;38, I know my mistake right away.
So I recovered for a few minutes and then did 10 x 1 minute with 1 minute recovery.
I was running the mile, a little slower than last week. This was mostly likely due to the early start and the high humidity.

Average - 5:59.
Despite the weather conditions, I ran well. The hamstring which has started to tighten a little the past few days, didn't bother me running. However it was a bit sore and tight afterwards.
