I was planning on 12 miles with speed workout. After 5 miles, I still didn't feel right, so I cancelled the workout and did 8. Good thing I did because my right hammy/hip started tightening up in the last mile. If I ran hard, I probably wouldn't have finished the workout and become worse.

My right hip pointer area while slowly getting better, is still sore from last Saturday's track session.
