My first run at Chelsea High School track. The track is about 1.5 miles away. Decent track surface. I felt sluggish running to and from the track, but I felt fine when I was doing the strides. 2 sets of 2 x 200, 1 x 400. My legs were tight, and as usual the right was worse than the left. I'm trying to do most of my runs from now until the marathon in the warmest part of the day to help acclimatize to what we'll get in Athens.
