Notes
This was a little tougher than the 12 miler last week. I ran with my Meb GoRuns as I needed to test them for a longer run. I love the show, but realized they are best for 5 and 10K's. My right Achilles was sore, so I will stick with my trainers for the marathon.
4 miles easy and 8 miles at sub marathon pace. Ave. 8:14 for the 8 miles.
