6 hill reps: 1:58, 1:55, 1:53, 1:52, 1:46, 1:50. Pushed the 5th one all out. Followed up with 4 x 200 strides. My legs felt ok during the strides, but tightened up a bit during the warm down. This was the first run in weeks that i really felt like running hard. The cooler weather today really helped.

4 seconds faster than last week. 1:46 was my single fastest one yet.
