I had a great track workout on Wednesday,but since then my runs have been crap. Today was the worst, I wanted to do 10-12 miles fartlek, but I had absolutely nothing. Feet, ankles, Achilles hurt. Nothing went right. I tried to force myself to run harder. I did the third mile at 8:06. This felt like 6:30 effort. That's how much I struggled. At that point i relaxed and realized I was cutting this run short.
