Right from the start I had tired legs. I usually take two easy days after a track session, so I suspected I would feel tired. I don't recover as fast as my Superwoman. :)

It was an enjoyable rain for the first 5 miles. I ran as relaxed as i could, trying to save energy because of how thr legs were. Last few miles were tough, (and well as hilly) as my left side, (neck, hip, knee, hamstring, glut) was tightening and sore, but I managed fine. 14.5 miles felt liike about 18 today. This was my first week over 60 miles since late March.

I took my musice today. Something I won't do again in the rain as the ear buds kept slipping out as they got wet.
