With almost two full days of and rid of a stomach bug, I was itching to run. Legs felt fresh as expected. After about a half mile in the last mile pickup, I had pain in the inner right thigh. I backed of the pace going from 7:00 to put in a 7:26 mile. Hopefully this won't be problem moving forward.
