Th goal was 4 miles @ 7;25 pace. At mile one it felt harder than expected and I questioned how am I going to run a marathon at this pace? However, by the last mile, it was easier. The last 200m, I slowed down because I was at 7:17 pace. The outside knee pain is gone. :-)
Splits: 7:26, 7:24, 7:23, 7:19. Ave: 7:23.
