I thought yesterday was just an off day. While reality sometimes hurts as my pace for the 4 mile tempo was exactly the same - 6:49. So it's apparent that I've lost fitness. I wasn't even close to half marathon race pace. The good news is the Achilles held together. It start bothering me a lot the last half mile, but I managed to get this workout in. On the warm down it didn't bother me much. I wanted to wear the heart rate monitor but I forgot.
