Great workout. Ran with Reno. I managed much better than last time. I went out not quite as hard and maintained the pace without falling apart. Ran 6 seconds per mile faster and finished much stronger, sio this was a positive improvement from last time. :) Finished off with 6 x 40 strides. Hamstrings tightened a bit, but not too severe. I felt very tired warming up but felt much better after we got going.
