Notes

Very humid today. 6 x 200 strides at the track, followed by 6 x 40 second eccentric strides. My legs felt fine when i was running easy, but during the strides they were tired and heavy. The effects of the track workout Thursday night. Since I hurt my hamstring at the 10K, the first mile of all my runs has been over 9 minutes. Yesterday the first mile was 8:50 and today 8:28, so it's starting to come around.

Last day of the diet cleanse. Toniight it's going to be pizza. :) I went on this diet because I was starting to develop poor eating habits. As soon as I started the diet, my running improved!
