I started out on a 12 mile hill run. I started having severe stomach cramps and by mile four I barely made it to the closest toilet at Dunkin's. I was in there for about 10 minutes. I guess I know how Susan feels on her runs when this happens to her. By now I just to get this run over with so I went home, but did manage 6 x 40 second strides.

I think it was the hot red pepper on my pizza for lunch that did me in. Lesson learned!
