Treadmill

Notes

I joined Planet Fitness so I can have treadmill access for bad weather and I am starting weight training again. I haven't done weights since i was in Natick, so I'll slowly work it into my routine.

I did 2 warm up miles on the treadmill, git bored so I went out and did 2 more miles around the club parking lot area. I went back on the treadmill and planned on 4-5 sets of 1 min, 2 min, 2 min with equal recovery. I did the first set and my ankle/Achilles was bothering me so I backed of and finished up with a 7:10 mile. I've decided no more speed until this clears up.
