Notes
Planned on 10 x 1 min and then a hard mile. I felt ok warming up, but struggled with turning legs over with a 6:20 pace first rep and then the same with the 2nd. I had a stiff tailwind, so I should have easily been under the 6:07 ave I did last time. I don't know if it was attempting the workout after a fairly long drive for a show, or I just had a bad day, but I didn't to bail out to do a track workout tomorrow.
The great news is the Achilles is almost 100%.
