My stomach virus is gone and I feel great. :)
I did my workout on the treadmill because of very cold temps.
6 x 800 at paces (6:00, 5:56, 5:52, 5:49, 5:45, 5:42) with a 400 rest. After last 800 I took a 800 rest and finished with a 5:42 mile. This was the fastest mile for me since 2005. I felt very strong due to all the low mileage the past few days. I also checked my weight and I lost 4 lbs during the sickness which I need to replace.
This was a very positive workout... just what I needed. :)
