I didn't think I would have much because I was very tired when I went out. The long 3 hour drive wiped me out. About halfway through the workout I snapped out of it and ran much better. 6 x .8 mile hill repeats with a 2 minute rest. This hill was different than week because instead of one long up and down hill, this was two smaller up and downs and a bit shorter overall. So I'm very happy that I sucked it up and put in the run. My speed was slower than I would have liked, but that's fine because the effort was there.
