10 x 1 minute with 1minute recovery. 5 minute rec jog and then a hard mile. I held back a little bit on the 1 minute intervals because my left hammy/glute was sore.So I was a bit more rested for the mile, I could have gone 5 seconds faster, but hamstring started tightening in the last 400, so I didn't kick as hard.
