20 x 800 with 200 rest. I did this marathon pace workout once before, 20 years ago at 6:20 pace. Now the goal was 7:24/7:25 pace.
I had a great workout. I ran a little faster than I planned on, but I will stick with 7:25 pace at Blackpool.
Outside of left knee was a bit sore because of all the turns. The last few 800's, the glutes were getting sore.
