4 x 2 minutes on grass with 2 minute recovery. I did this same workout 2 years ago at this time before Gelston. At that time I averaged 6:12 pace. Today was 6:20 pace. I was hoping to go no slower than 6:20 and I just barely made it.
If I can average 8 seconds per mile slower for this years race, that would out me at about 32:30. not as fast as 31:48 in 2016, but better than last years 33:12.

6;30, 6:22, 6:24, 6:06. Ave: 6:20.
