First test run since the injury. I wanted to do at least 8 with the option to go a max of 12 if everything was ok. I was happy with 10. The PHT was bothering me, but not much worse than the recent 5 milers. I do still have right glute pain and I had cramping/tightness in the mid right hammy.
I will take it easy until the big test on Saturday - 20 miles.
