Notes
After my show, I parked a half mile away and run around part of the loch bu a shopping tourist area. Great place to run. Nice paved road alongside the water with hills, scenery, etc. It was sunny until the very end when I got caught in the rain. I definitely want to run here again, this time with Eleni.
The downside is my knee was bothering me a lot. I was planning on 8-9 miles. I cut it short. It was hurting on the drive home and for the rest of the day. I might need to take a day off tomorrow.
