8 x 1 minute strides with 1 minute recovery. I felt except for the last 2, my hamstring started acting up. It didn't like going under 6:00 pace. On the warmdown, the hamstring was sore and walking around later in the day, it hurt.
For the next 3 days, I need to recover and get the hammy ready to race on Sunday.
