Now I know why that hill workout seems to take so much out of me. I was coming down with a sickness and i thought I was just tired from the workout.I started to feel worse last night. My energy is very low, stuffed nose and some congestion. I felt like crap when I got up this morning and knew that there would be no race today. I did feel a little better as the day went on and thought about a short run, but then I thought I would be better off taking the day off.
