I definitely felt more tired from this race than the 5K's. I ran at a relaxed, recovery pace. It took me 3 miles to break 9 mpm. I've decide to skip the 10K in two days. It's too much of a risk, not worth it. I may race in 4 days, because there are a bunch of July 4th holiday races. I'll keep my options open.
