Bad day. Very warm, 75 degrees. Dropped out a 3 miles. 1st mile ok at 5:27. Did 3 at 5:44 pace. I didn't want to race in the heat. I wimped out. Very disgusted with myself. I vow to never DNF in a race again unless I am injured.
