Tough day for running. Rain and wind. My shoes and clothes were soaked, but this was balanced out by a cross/part tail wind. 6:05 for the mile. 6 seconds faster than 2 weeks ago. I feel great about that. The hamstring started to tighten at .3 mile, and I became worried that I might not make it, but it didn't get worse and was actually better on the recovery jog back home than last time.
Speed is slowly coming back.
