What a difference a day makes. Yesterday I struggled to run 9 minute miles and today was an awesome workout. I ran very hard tonight. I had to use the night lamp as I didn't get out until 5:00 PM. I did three rounds of the hills and was all used up on the last round. topped off with 6 x 40 second strides.I would have rather got this workout in yesterday because of Sunday's race, but I'm not complaining as the hill workout is more important. I think I'm ready for Adams St. :o)
