Today I started something new, doing a very easy in mile warmup before my actual times runs. This will keep me from going to fast the first mile while I have hamstring issues.

The 6.5 miles I did was the best I felt since the injury! Last 3 miles around 7:30 pace. Hopefully I am on the mend to recovery and soon can start running harder workouts.
